Welcome to West Langley Elementary School! We are a group of passionate learners, educators, and leaders, working collaboratively to help our students succeed to their best of their ability.

At West Langley, we strive to make sure all students find their place and voice, while succeeding in their own way. Our students learn to share their learning widely, whether with peers, staff or parents. This empowers them to see their value, their growth over time, and where they can go next.

Our community is a huge part of what makes West Langley such a special school. We have a number of parents now who were once students here, who remember playing on the playground and learning in our classes. Now, they help form a dedicated and hardworking PAC who support us in all our initiatives, and bring new ideas to the table as well. We are the ‘perfect’ size, with students playing together across grade levels and being “buddies” between classes. We take joy in the wonder of the world around us, learn from our experiences and explorations, and grow and develop as responsible, caring, and empathic humans.
